Prematurity Awareness Month

This is a little early, but November is Prematurity Awareness Month (and no pun is intended, as my husband pointed out). I've mentioned before that I was 6 weeks premature, and back then, that was a big deal. I'm so glad that the hospitals had the resources they needed to keep me healthy during my stay in the hospital. I support the March of Dimes and their efforts to raise awareness to prevent premature births and to care for preemies. I just wanted to pass along this information that's close to my heart.
